INJECTION MOULD TOOLS

We have an extensive in-house tool-room, equipped with the latest technology and staffed by experienced mould toolmakers. Our tool-room ensures optimum tool availability, on-time production to plan and high service levels for every customer.

TOOLMAKING & TOOL DESIGN

Our tool making capabilities extend from soft prototype tools, through simple single impression P20 steel tools, to fully hardened steel multi-cavity full hot runner tools.

INJECTION MOULD TOOLS INSERTS

Using the latest 3D metal additive printing technology, we build true conformal cooled inserts for injection mould tools to enhance part quality and performance.

RAPID PRODUCTION MOULD TOOLS

With our integrated metal additive manufacturing and CNC machining system, we help you reduce lead-times for plastic injection mould tools by up to 50%.
