We are currently seeking the right individuals to fill the following vacancies:
Job Title Account Executive
Reporting To Account Manager
Overall purpose: To provide excellent relationship management with our customers in order to meet our Sales targets. To effectively represent and promote the high standards of the company to its customers. To manage and maintain the company sales accounts to achieve full customer satisfaction and growth of these accounts. To handle commercial issues under the leadership of the Account Manager
To provide excellent relationship management of our Customers and to effectively facilitate communication between customers and the company. Responses to customer queries are expected to be within 24 hours at all times.
To handle all day to day Commercial issues with customers, in conjunction with the Account Manager
To agree annual sales targets and achieve sales targets with the Account Manager
To report demand changes and liaise with Planning to build and keep live the Capacity Planning ModelTo supply quotations etc. using data supplied by the Account Manager
To communicate and implement price increases and to maintain the Price Book on Jobshop
To visit/meet with each account on a monthly basis and submit a visit report
To manage/assist with company marketing and promotional activities
To undertake Customer Satisfaction surveys annually.
To participate in CIP and 5S and actively suggest and help implement improvements, processes and working practices that you are involved with.
To monitor monthly payment of each account
