OGM helps improve quality and serviceability for Domino Printing Sciences

The project involved DFM and DFMA consultancy in conjunction with our customer to produce the part designs and mould tooling to ensure the successful launch of this highly quality critical assembly. The 15 suite set of tools were project managed through toolmaking and sampling and validation. MOST was used to determine the optimum assembly method and standard times. A complex assembly cell was developed including test equipment and all equipment items procured, verified and validated. Quality plans were developed, extensive validation of the final products undertaken and approval obtained in time for product launch.
