Michael Mortimore recently left sixth form college to join OGM as their new Production Engineering Apprentice. OGM continue to invest in young people as they realise that UK economic growth will be hindered by a significant skills gap if more companies do not invest in this way.
Michael is keen to learn as much as possible about plastics and plastic processing as he becomes a key member of the engineering team.
Out of work Michael plays football for Abingdon Town and is a keen supporter of championship side Reading.
