Our Oxford factory is a centre of innovation for plastic injection moulding. We have the most advanced machinery and technology including 3D scanning software for reverse engineering and hybrid metal additive manufacturing for rapid production toolmaking and high-speed machining.

We have 34 injection moulding machines ranging from 35 to 400 tonnes, including machines for multi-shot (3k) and overmoulding. Five of our injection moulding machines feed into our class 7 cleanroom.

Our state-of-the-art production processes are efficient and highly automated offering our customers rapid prototyping and toolmaking, including production of metal inserts with Conformal Cooling which produces higher quality parts, faster cycle times and greater output with less cost. We have over 20 Fanuc and Sepro cnc Cartesian robots connected to our injection moulding machines.
